Miller Loses Heartbreaker to Blue Ridge, 64-63

2/14/12 - On Senior Night, Miller rallied from a 4th quarter 12 point deficit only to lose as the potential game-winning shot clanked off the rim. We showed tremendous resiliency and heart after struggling to find a rhythm for most of the night.

Andrew White led all scorers with 26 points, including his first bucket that put him over 1,000 points as a Miller Maverick! A tremendous accomplishment for a tremendous athlete.

Even though we are disappointed with the outcome versus our rival Blue Ridge, we know we have more games ahead of us to get better and improve - including a potential matchup with Blue Ridge again in the VIC tournament.

For all those who came out tonight, thank you. Your support, encouragement, "I Believe" chants, and your belief was so awesome and inspiring. We hope to be able to get back home for another game (State Tournament) soon!
