2/18/12 - In the Presidential Hoopfest, Miller survived a late-game surge by the Knights, including a last-second shot that went in and out as time expired. Markell Lodge played a monster game, accumulating 9 blocks and the go ahead free throw with 7 seconds left. Aram Martin, Tony Washington, and Andrew White also contributed towards our 14 blocks in the game.
Andrew White led all scorers with 23 points, including winning the MVP for the game. We are now 17-8 on the season and have won 2 in a row, looking ahead to our next game against highly regarded Upper Room Christian Academy, who features NC State commit Rodney Purvis, today at Tacoma Park High School at 5pm.
